Took 70 min foot massage for 95RM, this shop is on the higher price point range
Ambience good, however Toilet no different from kopitiam
Massage skill is decent
Service is very average (masseur attitude not up to expectations - weird comments which is not expected for such a shop - even holiday plaza masseurs don’t make such comments and are more polite)
Price is on the higher end
Although 70 min was expected , actual massage only lasted 50min.
Overall: not recommended as price is high and massage experience is average
I realized responses by the shop on negative reviews are copy and paste. Even so, cited “Borneo Oasis” accidentally on some of the reviews , which is probably another outlet of theirs. FYI.

Visited on an afternoon and I have made prior appointment so the checking in process was rather quick.
This place looks rather new not sure if it was opened not long ago. The place was well decorated and the place looks new and fresh. The chairs and beds looks new as well.
Got a male masseur who was a Burmese, I thought he was a Chinese and tried speaking Mandarin with him which he couldn't understand. But he was quite okay in English and I had a good massage from him. I love his strength and felt that the muscles were relaxed after the massage.
Loved the service of the staff here as well. Very polite and informative on recommending the service to customers. A very nice environment feeling peaceful and it was good that they don't allow people to talk during massage.
The only thing which I thought would be better if the rooms were more private. Currently the partition is only using curtains one can still hear loud snoring from other customers. This is a good feature which is not something many massage places can offer in JB.

Visited for massage again. I paid for 1 hour foot and 1 hour body massage.
If you go into the shop, you will see signs of quiet zones everywhere. However, as I was having my massage in the foot reflexology area, initially there was a guy who kept using the phone and using voice chat via Whatsapp. I tolerated him for 5 minutes and I guessed he fell asleep during the foot reflexology and then the room became very quiet.
Then came 2 groups of guys who were already talking very loud outside at the waiting zone. They came into the main area and then could see that they have already tried to lower their volume and tried to whisper and I was already tolerating that.
Then came in the masseurs and the chinese women started chatting loudly with the men and then started flirting, saying things like "if my massage is good bring me home", "next time remember my number so you can book me when you come again" and "don't be heartless" and were laughing loudly with the customers.
It became quite unbearable and then I dropped a message to the staff on whatsapp at the counter, he received the message but he didn't take any action on it. You want to put so many signs but you don't come and enforce it especially coming from your own staff.
Also I arrived the massage place at 245 and waited a while for the masseur before I started the foot reflexology. Benefit of doubt it was a long wait but I assumed it started at 250 but then the massage ended at 340!
I was just so pissed that I walked to the counter after the foot reflexology and told the guy I wanted to cancel the body massage. The guy just told me its okay the body massage is private room and is quiet.
I have done body massages previously here and I would say the masseurs were okay but the room was bad. Although its private but the partition of the walls is not to the ceiling it is probably a metre away from the ceiling at least and you could hear what everyone is talking in the neighbouring rooms.
Previous sessions in the massage room I encountered the same where the chinese female masseur will talk so loud to the customers, or it would be a couple room and then the couple would be talking and laughing, or someone who has fell asleep and was snoring so loud.
I visit a massage place is to get a massage, relax and get some peace but the people here just cannot be bothered even starting from their employee level.
I would totally avoid this place from now.

I felt that the price was quite high for a 70-minute massage, but unfortunately, the session ended much earlier, lasting only about 55 minutes. This was quite disappointing, as I expected to receive the full duration that I had paid for. In terms of the massage itself, the technique was fairly average and did not stand out in any way. For the price, I had hoped for a more skilled and thorough experience, but it fell short of expectations.
Additionally, cleanliness was an issue. After our massage, I noticed that the towels on our seats were not changed, which raised concerns about hygiene standards. Given the premium pricing, I expected better service, more attention to detail, and a higher level of cleanliness. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the cost, and I left feeling underwhelmed.

Whilst slightly more expensive than some other places for a 60min foot massage, I would say it is money well spent and gives you the following:
- clean environment (new establishment).
- peace and quiet..
- both my wife and I enjoyed our massage. I had #67 and my wife #237.
- clean bathrooms
- availability
Looking forward to our next visit.

This is a nice and clean massage ♀️ place in J.B . Most of the the masseurs are from , very skillful and authentic Chinese pressure points, oil relaxation massage, ba kuan, kwat sa and etc. Please tip those masseurs if you are happy with their services .

Poor experience - came here after confirming with the receptionist that they have availability to massage 2 pax.
Upon arrival, we were told to wait 10min, which we were fine with.
In the end, I had to wait more than 30min in the massage room with no idea when my massage will start, and eventually decided to cancel.
Please don't come here - its an extremely disorganized experience, even if they have a nicely renovated venue.

Drop by here for a foot massage after I had finish my dinner opposite at Q House. Opt for a 3-in-1 foot massage at RM150 inclusive of foot massage, herbal bath(foot) and back massage.
Was recommended a male therapist as I ask for more strength.
The massage was not bad.

Extremely bad experiences!! Came here for some massage. One of the staff is so freaking ridiculous rude tone in communicating. Unprofessional. Avoid this place at all cost. Please train your staff well before attending to the customers. Thanks!
