Please dont buy a package here.
Very poor service. They texted to change timing just few minutes before the massage.
When we arrived 5 people at counter no one bothered to even say hello. When I brought it up, Jo Yap arrogantly said - go and report la. Report on FB. We dont have a manager to complain to. We also dont know our manager.
I asked back for refund of my package - jo yap said no idea how to do it.
Makes me wonder, what is the mechanism to report our grievance if something goes wrong. No person in charge at all.

They are not deserve star at all. The WORST EVER branch that I went. They charged me with non member price even me are the member. They said the package is fix. Then when i asked receipt, they provide me separate receipt which I dont even ask the add on stuff. It is SCAMMMMM !!!! They said the booking through whatsapp is different price. Im never experienced this before with other branch (ie bukit jalil, taman desa, sri petaling). THE HAPPY HOURS IS NOT APPLICABLE THIS BRANCH AT ALL even in the website have the advertisement!!!!. IT IS HAPPEND TODAY!

I was a repeat customer, purchase the 9 hours package twice in the past. They promised that being the member would get the available time slots easily. Sad to say it is not true. I tried making advance booking at 3 different outlets but every time they informed me there's no available time slots. So think twice before you subscribe the membership package.

The service at this outlet is the worst. 1st time booked a massuer and ended up they gave me a different person. 2nd time booked for 2 hrs for the same massuer thru their watsup and they even confirmed my booking. When I arrived they said my booking is not in their system. They can't do a good job but very pushy in selling their package. Really a big disappointment Healthland Kuchai

Horrible experience, trainees have no clue what is going on and manager was very rude. Wanted to purchase more hours as a member but was told that this was no longer possible, although there was an advert stating clearly that this was an option at the waiting area. When questioned, they stated that this was “not available”, they had forgotten to remove it and they weren’t sure why that advertisement was there. This is clearly false advertising to coerce customers to purchase a la carte massages, truly some shady business going on. Won't be patronising again.

Poor service from Healthland Kuchai Lama. Walk-in and ask for the price, the front desk introduce the non-member rate then I identify myself with member, directly tell me no more slot. Obviously he plan to charge me with non-member rate and he do not want to serve any member with walk in. Such a dishonest way to treat your customer. Disappointed.
Even the owner reply in Google review also just a robotic reply but never plan to improve or find out the reason. Guys, please banned this outlet.

This is by far THE worst massage experience I’ve ever encountered and I feel compelled to share my negative experience here to warn anyone thinking of visiting this establishment. The quality of service provided fell far below expectations despite the Google reviews here.
To begin with, the masseur's was really rough and applied excessive force throughout the session, resulting in a thoroughly uncomfortable experience. In addition, the masseur's long nails proved to be a constant annoyance with the discomfort of incessant scratching on my body. You can see in the photo that there was even a scratch mark on my shoulder after the massage. It is truly unacceptable for a masseur to have nails that cause such discomfort to clients.
I was also taken aback when I noticed that the masseur was sitting on the floor while massaging my arms. The masseur's lack of expertise became evident when she started massaging my head. Shockingly, soon after the head massage, I noticed that my hair started falling out. This was a distressing experience and completely unacceptable. I expected a relaxing session, not a hair loss treatment!
To make matters worse, during the massage, the masseur inexplicably disappeared for an extended period of time. When she finally returned, she didn't even apologize for her absence or provide an explanation. Instead, all she brought were cold towels to wipe off the excess oil from my body.
To top it off, my husband also had a really bad experience with his masseur and when we attempted to address our concerns with the counter staff, their response was disappointingly dismissive. Despite explaining the issues we encountered during the massage, they offered no resolution or apology. Instead, they directed me to leave my feedback on Google reviews, so here I am.
I strongly advise anyone looking for massage services to seek alternative options to avoid subjecting themselves to such subpar service and disregard for customer satisfaction.

im not condemning the branch but rather their whatsapp booking . the customer service is not helpful and rude ! bought their package and until now im unable to use due to unknown matter. and the customer service can only use whatsapp cannot call and they dont provide any explanation. only simple yes or no or cannot or cant tell or i dont in charge with this that … do u guys even have a customer service ??
