Omg so good! Personal preference, but I like harder massages.

So my masseuse kept saying “no pain no gain” and I agreed with her.

If you need your knots ironed out, this place is really good when it comes to pressure point massages.

Might be a bit rough, but I did a 60 min foot reflex and 90min full body.

Overall, would definitely come back!

The front desk/counter staff ought to be more customer centric to all customers (walk-in or regular).

The old saying goes : Customer pays the salary and not the shop owner.

The male masseur mostly are Burmese and adequately trained but speak very little English.

Slow and unresponsive. I did booking in 4 days advance and didn’t receive response. A day before the massage, I had to check with various listed contract mode to confirm. This kind of attitude is unacceptable.

The place is neat and clean.

The massage is not good enough. 4 pax who did the massage all agree. The aromatherapy massage is not relaxing enough, the deep tissue massage is not deep enough. The review is we will not go back again.

Couldn’t book my usual massage and thus decided to try this out. But no a good choice

If you like to have a quiet massage, this is the place to go cos the massage therapist are not local.

Though arrived on time, their specialist didn’t start the session as soon as possible.
Waited around 15 mins for it.
The skills of the specialist is great, did foot massage and very friendly. They did try to promote body massage though.
Some special promotions looks really good.

I visited Bali Thai on Thursday, 17 April, based on a friend’s recommendation as she had a good experience previously. While the aesthetic of the place was pleasant, I left feeling disappointed.

I opted for a Thai massage without the use of balm. 1. Massage attire – clothes provided were noticeably worn out. The t-shirt and waistband of the pants was visibly stretched out, it was very fitting as well, unlike the general loose fit of massage clothes. Hence, it felt rather uncomfortable. 2. Massage experience – The therapist had noticeably sweaty palms. When massaging areas not covered by the clothes, such as the arms and feet, I could feel the moisture from her hands, which made me uncomfortable as well. 3. Massage environment – My friend and I were taken to a room on the first floor, and throughout the 1.5-hour session, we could hear the doorbell ringing repeatedly. This was quite distracting and took away from the relaxation.

Of course, experiences can vary, and based on other Google reviews, it seems like many others have had a more positive time. I just wanted to share my perspective in case you’re considering a visit.

i don't usually post negative reviews and am quite a half glass full kind of person but my expectations plummeted after being here in person for the first time. i was skeptical about some of the 1 star reviews but after i came here it was really as described.

firstly, i arrived at a time when they are changing shifts and i could sense the workers that reporting for shifts are demoralised and sulky, and in fact this was apparent even after i ended my massage too, which affected my mood

my masseur was a lovely lady though i'm very confused about her massage techniques. eg. she could be pinching my left neck then after three reps she'd start massaging my right shoulder blade for a short while before pressing my waist. this happens throughout the massage, just random strokes. lack of structure.

overall it just feels like a place that doesn't train their staff properly or don't pay their staff well. this is by far the worst massage ever. better off spending money elsewhere. i post this not to impact the staff but urging management to do better

Just had a massage by a Thai nationality. Very rough, and unfriendly. She just wanted to rush the session, as the shop was about to close. I didn't like her tone at all, and she's not customer centric.

Her massage style didn't seem like the traditional thai massage at all, and may cause severe injury if not done with care. Please provide her with sufficient training.

Not sure who she was but she's quite short, with brown hair tied (shoulder length).

Totally different impression from my first visit, and the price is quite expensive too, probably to catered to Singaporean.

Wouldn't revisit this outlet again.
